This is all the data usually required for Client set up and is used to ensure our dealings run smoothly. The only way that we collect your personal data is directly from you. We do not share your information with third parties without your knowledge and if it is required to bring in a third party in order to complete your project. Examples of third parties are photographers, printers, illustrators and signage manufacturers.

At this stage we will need basic information in order to provide you with a quotation. This information will include company name and/or, your name(s) and email addresses.
suppliers data
From our Suppliers we need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation such as names, address, telephone numbers and email addresses so that we can communicate with you. We also require financial details such as IBAN numbers in order to make payment to you for services rendered.Supplier Data – When you visit our website there is certain information that we may automatically collect, whether you decide to use our services or not. This includes your IP address, the date and the times and frequency with which you access the website and the way you browse its content. You do have the ability to accept or decline cookies. We may ask you to verify your identity and for more information about your request. If we provide you with this information we will not charge you for it unless your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’. We may also be in a position to refuse your request, if we do refuse you we will tell you why.
